K9 Connections is a dog training organisation that helps you build a better relationship with your dog, we work as a team Trainer-Owner-dog to either train the behaviour we need, or working on stopping a behaviour that is undesirable. Our aim is that you and your dog can then enjoy your time together more and that they are safe and happy.

Training is not about creating a robot dog with no personality or fun, its about you understanding each other better with both ends of the lead knowing how to react to different situations, our training goals are around life skills for your dog. The end result is that you have a better relationship so you and dog have more opportunities and freedom together. We offer puppy school, adult dog classes, 121 training sessions and behaviour consultations. We can provide these services both face to face and online.  

Our methods are reward based and we would never use fear or pain to train your dog. We use motivational techniques to encourage your dog to get it right, then we can reward them when they do with fuss, a toy or food depending on what makes your dog tick. This means they are more likely to repeat the behaviours we want.
